A man of refined thought-process, quick understanding and sharp vision multifaceted professional, a first-generation entrepreneur, Ponnusamy Karthik, a graduate in Engineering from Anna University, currently spearheads Namma Family Group of Companies as the Founder & Chairman. He did his Diploma in Vignesh Polytechnic College, Tiruvannamalai district and schooling in Dr. Lemire school of excellence, Vettavalam, Tiruvannamalai district.

Born in to a family of business, Karthik is inspired by his parents, his father Annadurai and his mother Kavitha who guided and supported Karthik in all his growth. 

Karthik’s love for community help to the people who in need of support to lead their lives. He is a person who gives importance for the society of people. He provides scholarships for the students who keen to learn in academics and supports them through their entire technical education. 

Respected for his strong organizational skills and deep insight in the affairs of profession, Karthik has contributed to the cause of profession from various professional perspectives in the past 7 years, i.e., from 2016. With his constant dedication, spectacular management skills and service to the profession, he always takes his profession to greater heights. He has participated in the interactive workshops across business globally and benefitted from it. 

Being an Engineer graduate by education, Karthik has a unique skill to look into the matter of Real Estate Industry. As a prominent player, Karthik Founded "Namma Family Builder & Developer" in the year 2016, and which in turn transformed in to "Namma Family Builder & Developer Private Limited", in the year 2020. 

Seeing an opportunity to bring professional processes into the real estate business, he started NFBD with a small team of 5 likeminded professionals. Today the company has grown with an employee strength of 140+.

Leading a team of 140+ employees, Karthik spread his scope of business in Resale & Layout projects across Tamilnadu, Kerala & Karnataka (Chennai - Guduvanchery, Maraimalai Nagar, GST Road, ECR, OMR & Coimbatore).

As the year passes, he stepped into different business-like Import & Export, and excelling as an & Business Development Analyst. 

His singular visualization with several innovations and strategies, that have focused on professionalism and a customer-centric approach across business.
